| Upper division women Currently matriculating at an accredited college or university in the final year of a baccalaureate, a masters degree program, a designated post-baccalaureate credential program, or professional school. | ||
| Final year of study Typically, the institution requires the filing of a Declaration of Intent to Graduate which sets the proposed completion date. A copy of this document should accompany the application. | ||
| Accredited college or university Accredited by the regional association, such as Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) or, for graduate degrees, by the appropriate professional association (e.g., American Library Association). | Within a 100-mile radius of San Francisco To ensure consistency, we use a Web-based mapping program such as MapQuest to calculate distances between the applicant's address and that of the Silver Jubilee Committee. |
Legal address (if different from mailing) The address matching voter registration and income tax records. Applicants who are legal dependents may use either the address of their parent or legal guardian or their mailing address at school. |
