Menu:            First Course (potato appetizers):

á      papa al a huancaina (Yukon gold potatoes with cheese sauce, hard boiled egg and olive)

á      causa (chili/lime infused whipped potato topped with tune, smoked trout and rocoto aioli)

EntrŽe:

á      aji de gallina (pulled chicken stew with aji Amarillo cream, eggs, walnuts, rice)

á      lomo saltado (fried tenderloin steak strips, onion, tomato, cilantro, French fries, rice)

Dessert:

á      alfajore (Peruvian shortbread cookie with dulce de leche spread, powdered sugar)

Beverage:  

á      chichi morada (purple corn fruit punch) * All other beverages available at extra cost.
